Doha,Qatar -Gulf Times -29 Oct, 2005: -- The newly launched public bus service is gaining popularity as passenger numbers increase by the day... “As expected on Thursday, we had over 6,000 passengers in our buses that operated more than the 108 trips that we usually run”, Mowasalat Mass Transit director Antony Tallant told Gulf Times yesterday... Tallant said the government-owned company utilised three of its spare buses yesterday in addition to the usual 10 to meet the weekend rush...
