Flagler County Schools officials are proposing spending $2.45 million to buy 25 new buses and hire 25 new drivers before school reconvenes from the winter holiday. Currently, 101 drivers operate the district's fleet of 110 buses, serving eight schools. About 2,500 middle school pupils ride buses...
