UNIFYING - USA - City, rural & university buses' all togheter in one system

The project would combine elements of the Capital Area Rural Transit System's CAT service and Texas State University's bus system, both of which currently operate their own routes in the city... Her goal is to merge the systems within two years into a full-fledged transit system with more routes and stops serving more areas in the city...
