HCM City,Vietnam -Thanh Nien News -March 3, 2008: -- Twelve drivers of the Ho Chi Minh City Bus Cooperative Alliance have asked permission to temporarily stop bus operation after fuel prices hiked over thirty percent last week, the group’s director confirmed Sunday... According to the director, Phung Dang Hai, cooperative members said the increase of fuel prices, especially diesel fuel, has pushed up costs, causing vehicle employees much hardship...
