Commission clears Deutsche Bahn to buy UK's Arriva

The Commission approved the acquisition on condition that Deutsche Bahn sells off Arriva Deutschland, the company's subsidiary in Germany... Deutsche Bahn provides rail and bus passenger transport services, freight services, logistics services and operates railway infrastructure and stations in Germany and a number of other European countries.
