Being a continuosly user of the long distance buses, I can say that the failures in recent years in terms of output hours are around 5%. In compliance with the schedule hours: 10%. And about output instructions: 3% ... These experiences in the Micros' Retiro Terminal, Buenos Aires City... i.e calification: 9 (in 10 points - at the level of best services in the world). For vehicles clean, with air conditioned, good comfort, and fine passengers' attention.
