New emitters on top of 8 Fargo buses should help keep routes on schedule. They are being tested on busy route number eleven, which runs north and south on Broadway... If they have, Bommelman hopes to add emitters to more buses. Each emitter costs a thousand dollars. 80 percent of the cost was paid for with grant money...
