* USA - L.A. County Metro buses to get NBC TV coverage
Los Angeles,CA,USA -Los Angeles Business -Feb 21, 2007: -- NBC's Los Angeles stations have partnered with Transit TV to provide some local news, weather, sports and entertainment programming to Los Angeles County Metropolitan bus riders, the company said Wednesday... The stations, KNBC channel 4, KVEA channel 52 (Telemundo) and KWHY channel 22 (Independent Spanish-language), will provide local programming to the approximately 1.2 million Los Angeles Metro bus riders through Transit TV's wireless network of 4,400 LCD screens on 2,200 buses... The Transit TV screens, provide 48 minutes of programming every hour. The partnership will see 5 minutes of the hourly content provided by NBC's family of Los Angeles stations including both English and Spanish-language content...
