Prohibitions * USA - Cell Phone Use by Bus Drivers Should be Banned

Yet, that is exactly what the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) indicated in its final report regarding a non-fatal motor coach accident in Virginia earlier this month that was blamed on cell phone use by the driver... In its report, NTSB urged Federal and state governments to institute appropriate bans as a way to prevent similar accidents from occurring in the future...
