Operators - Malaysia - 24 hours for bus owners to reply
KUALA LUMPUR,Malaysia -Malaysia Star, by LEONG SHEN-LI -Mar 14, 2006: -- All 231bus operators have been given 24 hours to state whether they are capable of operating without raising their fares... Entrepreneurial and Cooperative Development Minister Datuk Khaled Nordin said operators, who insisted on asking for a fare increase, could lose their right to operate their routes... “I have noticed that only a few operators – about 55 out of the 231 – want to defy the law and insist on charging extra"...
