But now they turn with a better turning radius and a sleek new body that gives drivers better visibility... The Polk County School Board bought 37 new Thomas C-2 school buses this year. The new buses, still painted the traditional cheese yellow with black trim, have more safety features and are safer for drivers and students, said Fred Murphy, assistant superintendent of Facilities and Operations...
