VANCOUVER, CP, Canada -Macleans/Toronto,ON -29, 2005: -- West Vancouver couple who complained about discrimination by a local bus driver has instead been ordered to pay $1000 to the transit system for costs, and for their improper conduct.. The order is contained in a B.C. Human Rights Tribunal ruling... In her ruling tribunal member Tonie Beharrel said she had "serious concerns with the credibility of the Jiwanys," and ruled it was the couple who had engaged in improper conduct by filing the complaint based on false allegations...
