Auckland,New Zealand -Newstalk ZB -29/07/2005: -- Wind-powered trolley buses and light rail are the focus of the Greens' transport policy for Wellington... The party believes two wind turbines would be enough to run the capital's 60-strong fleet of trolley buses... Transport spokeswoman Sue Kedgley says it would cost around $750 million, about the same cost as the proposed coastal route upgrade... She says the Greens want to get rid of the mind-set that building roads is the only way to deal with congestion...
