SAFETY - USA - Seat belts save lives, even on school buses
Reading,PA,USA -Reading Eagle -May 31 2005: -- The Issue: A school bus accident in Missouri in which 23 students are injured reignites a debate on the use of seat belts in such vehicles... Our Opinion: Seat belts wouldn’t be a cure-all, but the could cut the number of fatal injuries in half... Federal regulations require anyone flying in a commercial plane to have his seat belt fastened on takeoffs, landings and any other time the pilot deems it necessary...
