The first vehicles in a fleet of 47 new Metropolitan Transit System buses hit the road this morning, with the rest scheduled to roll out by the end of the month... From the red-and-white paint scheme and low-floor entry to the bigger windows and padded seats – to say nothing of that "new bus" smell – the differences with older urban transit models are noticeable inside and out...
