REGULATIONS - USA - Safe Clear won't take any buses
Houston,TX,USA - Houston Chronicle,by BILL MURPHY - Jan. 30, 2005: Harris County Commissioner Steve Radack recently pointed out what he considers an unfair aspect of Houston's Safe Clear ordinance. It doesn't allow drivers to repair vehicles along freeways, he said, but Metro is given time to repair stalled buses.
