On Feb. 1, Indianapolis’ public transportation provider, IndyGo, will add two newly purchased diesel-electric hybrid buses to its fleet. The 38-seat buses are more fuel efficient, quieter and emit less air pollution than traditional diesel buses. The two buses are expected to save IndyGo about $8,000 a year in fuel costs...
