Toronto,Ontario,Canada - Toronto Star (Subscription),by KEVIN MCGRAN - Feb. 8, 2005: -- With fare increases looming and its 2005 capital budget still not balanced, the TTC is forging ahead with plans to buy $208 million worth of buses... TTC commissioners are expected to approve the purchase of 180 diesel buses and 150 diesel-electric hybrid buses from Mississauga-based Orion Bus Industries tomorrow at their monthly meeting.
