-- Several new buses that recently took to St. Bernard Parish roads are now equipped with security cameras... The St. Bernard Transit Department said the cameras were installed after the parish received a grant from the Federal Transit Administration... Parish leaders said each bus has eight cameras recording video inside and outside. The camera system also has a recording device on the bus... In addition to the security cameras, the buses are equipped with GPS tracking devices to allow the transit department to track their whereabouts...
