-- Bus passengers in London faced disruption on Thursday because of a strike by drivers and other transport workers... Members of the Unite union walked out from 4am in a row over pay, with further strikes due later in the month... Commuters faced delays at some Underground stations and bus stops this morning with queues to get into Stockwell and Brixton as they struggled to cope with the extra passengers... Transport for London said almost half of the buses which normally operate in the morning were running - more than during a previous strike in January... Unite is seeking a single pay and conditions agreement across all the capital's 18 bus companies, saying wage rates vary by up to £3 an hour...
