NFTA cites economy, high gas prices
Buffalo,NY,USA -The Buffalo News, by Sharon Linstedt -21 Jan 2009: -- The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority posted its largest jump in Metro Bus and Rail ridership in at least two decades in 2008... Ridership totals released Tuesday show a 10.5 percent increase in public transit use, with 2.68 million more passengers counted last year than in 2007.
