Recalls - Japan - Nissan Recalls 2,166 Buses, 96 Trucks
Tokyo,Japan -The Houston Chronicle (Houston,TX,USA)/AP -Sept. 21, 2006: -- Nissan Motor Co. said it is recalling 2,166 buses because of a door defect and 96 trucks for a loose bolt problem... The recall affects Civilian small-sized buses built between Sept. 6, 2004, and Aug. 28, 2006, and Atlas trucks built in March and April of this year, said in a statement... Also recalled are 112 Journey small buses sold by Isuzu, a model that is made by Nissan and identical to the Civilian but marketed and branded by Isuzu, according to the transportation ministry...
