Denver,CO,USA -Rocky Mountain News, By Myung Oak Kim -Apr 5, 2006: -- Valerie Yohe, of Aurora, and her granddaughter, Brittany Ironwing, 11, of Englewood, give up waiting for the No. 15 bus Monday at the corner of Colfax Avenue and Broadway... Four No. 15 buses had passed up Yohe, who uses a wheelchair and depends on public transportation with the aid of the chairlift equipment on the buses... Advocates for the disabled say those drivers violated procedures outlined in a 2001 consent decree designed to ensure that RTD follows the Americans with Disabilities Act... (Photo: Maria J.
