Scotland,United Kingdom -Scotsman, by ALAN RODEN -30 Mar 2006: -- First Bus has been warned by safety chiefs over the state of its fleet after wheels fell off its buses three times in a year... Scotland's traffic commissioner described the incidents as dangerous and warned it was lucky no-one had been injured... In the worst case, back wheels had fallen off a bus travelling to the company's Livingston depot because mechanics had not tightened the wheel nuts properly...
