LATE BUSES - UK - Warning over plan to fine late buses
Norfolk,England,UK -Norfolk Eastern Daily Press,by JAMES GOFFIN -23 Jan 2005: Plans to fine bus operators for late running services could backfire and leave the public worse off... announced at the weekend that it wanted companies to pay if buses failed to leave depots within five minutes of their timetable... The fines of up to £550 would be policed by traffic commissioners appointed by local authorities...
